Everything you need to know before joining.
Memberships are set up through Acuity — the same booking system used for regular sessions. It takes about 2 minutes. You're charged on the 1st of each month and receive a discount code to redeem your treatment online.
Most memberships are set up in person after a first session — if you'd like to chat through options before committing, just drop Kars a message at kars@home-body.uk.
Yes — and this is exactly how most members start. Sign up to the mailing list to receive 20% off your first session, experience it, and if it feels right, join as a member afterwards.
No minimum commitment — cancel anytime. That said, you can only join the membership once every 12 months, so it's worth being sure before you sign up.
On the 1st of each month you're charged your membership rate and receive a discount code by email. Use that code when booking your session through Acuity. The discount also applies to any additional bookings you make that month — so if you want a second session, you get the same rate.
Kars will rebook you at the end of each treatment, so there's minimal admin on your end.
Life happens. Unused credits roll over for one month — so if you miss a session, your credit carries into the following month. To claim a rolled-over session, just contact Kars directly.
Yes — you can redeem your monthly credit as a gift card for someone else. Just contact Kars directly to arrange it. A lovely option for a birthday or if you simply want to share the experience.
In your birthday month, your session is automatically extended at no extra cost:
- Monthly members — 50% extra massage time, that's an additional 30 minutes
- Bi-monthly members — 25% extra massage time, that's an additional 15 minutes

Yes — just get in touch with Kars and we'll update your membership. You can switch between studio and home visit, or change your session length, at any time.
