Everything you need to know before buying or redeeming a voucher.
- Physical voucher — a printed voucher sent via Royal Mail First Class, with the option of a handwritten note. Takes a few days to arrive. Costs £2.50 for shipping. Lovely for a proper gift.
- Digital voucher — a unique code delivered instantly to your email. Forward it on, screenshot it, or print it yourself. No shipping fee. Better if you need it fast or the recipient is far away.
Both physical and digital vouchers come with a unique discount code. The recipient enters this code when booking their session through Acuity — the same booking system used for all Home Body appointments.
The code is valid for all appointment types and all session lengths. If they have any questions about how to redeem it, they can contact Kars directly at kars@home-body.uk.
Physical vouchers are sent via Royal Mail First Class, which typically arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Tracking is not available for First Class post — if your voucher hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your shipping notification, get in touch and Kars will look into it.
Yes — there's an option to add a handwritten note at checkout, completely free of charge. Kars will hand-write your message and include it with the voucher.
All vouchers — both physical and digital — expire one year from the date of purchase. The recipient should book their session before this date.
If you're buying a physical voucher as a gift and it'll be a few weeks before the recipient receives it, bear in mind the expiry runs from the purchase date, not the date it's opened.
These are flexible digital vouchers available in £20 and £40 denominations. Rather than being tied to a specific session length, they act as treatment credit — the recipient applies them toward any booking.
They're a good option if you're not sure which session length would suit the recipient, or if you'd like to contribute toward a longer session without covering the full cost.
Yes — vouchers are valid for all appointment types and all session lengths. The recipient can book at either studio (Bethnal Green or Brighton) or as a home visit across Greater London.
