home care
x home body
Neuro-somatic yoga and movement practices designed for the bodies that mainstream wellness keeps forgetting. Low-barrier, low-spoon, and deeply queer. Built around the radical idea that your body is already worthy of tending — exactly as it is, on the days it's hardest to believe that.
I use neuro-somatic informed yoga and movement to help LGBTQ+ folks rest deeply, recharge fully, and come home to their bodies — on their own terms.
What's coming.
Three stages across the summer — starting free, building into a community. Here's the full picture so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
Self Massage + Somatic Taster
FreeThis is your chance to experience the magic of working directly with your nervous system to reduce pain and increase mobility and strength. It sounds a little out-there — but you'll regret it if you don't trust me on this one.
Mini-Series: Region-Specific Flows
£15Five videos released into a virtual community space, with room for real dialogue and questions. Neuro-somatic flows, self-massage, and guided rest — all region-specific so you can target what your body actually needs.

Why this exists.
Mainstream wellness was not built for us. This space was — from the inside, by someone who needed it too.
A world where LGBTQ+ and disabled people have easy, sustainable access to the somatic tools and self-care they deserve — without having to fight for it. Where rest is recognised as radical, the body as worthy of tending, and care as something that meets you exactly where you are.
Your body is the authority
You are the expert on your own experience. Sensation is information — not something to push through or perform around. Kars is a guide. You're the one who knows what's true in your body.
Care that meets you where you are
Practices that work in a small flat, on a difficult day, in a body that doesn't move like the ones in mainstream wellness spaces. You don't have to earn rest or optimise your way to it.
Every body deserves a full experience of itself
Not a fixed or performing or apologising body. A body that is a home to tend. Movement and neuro-somatics are an invitation back to yourself — not a standard to reach.
Queer rest is radical rest
This work is political. LGBTQ+ and disabled folks exist in bodies that have been policed and pushed to exhaustion. Resting, recharging, and fully inhabiting your body is not a luxury — it's resistance.
Playful, not precious
Somatic work doesn't have to be serious to be transformative. This space is warm, a little funny, and genuinely approachable — because care shouldn't feel intimidating to access.
🥄 The spoon system — what it means here
Every session in home care x home body is rated by spoon level — a framework from disability culture that describes available energy. No more showing up to a class that assumes you have more than you do. You pick the session that matches where your body actually is today.
Be first through the door.
Sign up to be notified when the free taster class drops in June — and get first access to the mini-series and founding member rate when the membership launches in August.
The taster class is completely free.
No card details, no commitment. Just a class — yours to keep. Waitlist members receive it first, before anyone else.
